Meet Our Directors

Feathergill and Associates was founded in 2010 by husband-and-wife psychologists Drs. Jeff and Susan Feathergill. The two met while pursuing their graduate studies at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where they discovered a shared passion: building a psychotherapy practice truly responsive to the needs of individuals, families, and the community they call home.

After completing their doctoral degrees in 1994, Drs. Feathergill went on to gain decades of diverse clinical experience — from hospital settings and community mental health centers to counseling centers, children’s treatment programs, and private practice. This breadth of experience gave them a deep understanding of what quality mental health care truly requires, and an unwavering commitment to providing it.

Today, they lead a team of experienced, skilled, like-minded therapists who share their dedication to healing — bringing compassionate, effective care to those who seek our help.
